A langos (pronounced langosh) is made of leavened dough and fried in high quality vegetable oil, brushed with fresh garlic and sprinkled with sea salt. They are also served with a choice of our original toppings like our Jalapeno and Herb harissa, watercress and walnut pesto and our most popular Feta and Tomatoes.
Wood fired oven behind the stall, we bake artisan Turkish Flatbread (Pide). Thin sourdough crust, topped with seasonal produce. It's served hot straight out of the oven. It's an authentic product. There are vegan options as well.
The corner sell gluten free corn fritter, served in 4 ways. Two vegetarian options inspired in kiwi and South American flavours and two more corn fritters the Asian one sticky soy and honey chicken and the classic fried onions smoky bacon and cream cheese all of them matched with ours home made sauces.
Authentic Italian Cuisine with a twist, it's all gluten free! Fresh, simple and seasonal ingredients are at the base of our preparations. We change our menu weekly, but you will always find a couple of options of pasta, our famous deep fried mix (arancini, croquettes and/or deep fried mozzarella) and one or two desserts. We cater for vegan and vegetarians too.
