1. NOMNOM
A couple of year's ago Chef Andrew set off on his food truck journey with a desire to bring Vietnamese Street Food to Auckland. What started off as delicious Banh Mi baguettes has since transformed into incredible Vietnamese inspired rice bowls all topped with homemade pickles. The most popular dishes are the lemongrass fried chicken and a sticky pork belly that just melts in the mouth. If you were sitting on the fence like many on that thing called 'tofu' - you should try their sesame tofu rice bowl. Unless your tofu is as good as this, I do not want to know.

2. HAPUNAN
Aldrin and Laura have created a stunning array of Fillipino street food dishes and there is no doubt that Hapunan have become one of the most popular food trucks on the circuit. Chef Aldrin has brought the flavours from his home country of the Philippines and delivers flavour packed bowls that you will love. Our favourite is the Adobo Del Diablo below. Chicken thighs marinated in turmeric, bay leaves, peppercorns in a creamy sauce with coconut rice and Filipino slaw. Hapunan were recently included in the Lonely Planet's new book ' Around the world in 80 food trucks' - an incredible achievement after just one year of trading.

3. JUDGE BAO
'Sauce Boss' Jamie and 'Bun Hun' Debbie are the ridiculously talented and creative duo behind Judge Bao. The Bao team are influenced by Chinese flavours with a pinch of playfulness and touch of love. Pictured below is the Char Shu - Woody's free range char shu pork with roasted peanuts and beet BBQ sauce, served on jasmine rice with seasonal greens. This dish is clean, packed full of flavour and will leave you 'wanton' more (get it?).
