JO BROS BURGERS
Josh Barlow and Brody Jenkins met working in the kitchen of one of New Zealand’s top fine dining restaurants, The Grove, in Saint Patrick's Square, Auckland City. Once upon a time Brody set off on a research trip to America and visited over 35 burger chains and restaurants in LA, Vegas & Arizona. This is where the idea came from for their own food truck.
A year or so later, and with the attitude of “Let’s fucking do it”, the 'burger baby' was born. Jo Bros serve serve no-fuss, juice-and-cheese-running-down-your-hand type burgers that taste amazing. Call them “well-executed classics”. Everything you eat at Jo Bros is locally sourced and sustainably produced. Jo Bros Burgers are perfect for your next event; they even have a delicious vegan burger on their menu that you will love.

LITTLE YELLOW
From being behind the stoves at the age of 15, Trevor brings his knowledge, passion and love of food to the streets of Auckland in his 1971 Bedford CF aka Daisy. When Trevor first saw ‘Daisy’ for sale in Wellington it was love at first sight! With an iconic truck comes seriously good burgers. Their Angus Beef Burger with cheese and a burnt onion mayo is a crowd favourite. If you are looking for a Japanese inspired flavour, then try their Chicken Katsu Curry burger.
Little Yellow Food truck is a popular option for weddings and corporate events - it's not all burgers with this talented chef at the helm but we think you should definitely have at least one on your menu for your special day.

Many years ago the three Brothers signed an agreement to provide the finest quality bacon and banter this world has to offer. Regardless of when or where the Bacon Brothers are located they will always honor this agreement. A sell out at our brunch events, you will have to get in quick to get your paws on one of these classic burgers. With retail stores in Takapuna and Christchurch, we think that this bunch of uber friendly creative burger entrepreneurs are building something special.

VEGAN BURGER MOVEMENT
Our recent article looked at the growth of the vegan street food movement and vegan burgers have joined the party. We look at three awesome vegan burgers below. In the first photo we have the epic mushroom burger of Vege Bang Bang. Marinated and fried until crispy oyster mushrooms, BBQ sauce, coriander slaw, house made Chipotle mayo all on a toasted bun.
Wise Boy Burgers have been on the street food scene for many years and are arguably pioneers in the vegan burger scene in Auckland. They have recently opened a retail store in Grey Lynn with tasty hand crafted gems like you can see in in the photo (centre). The team from Sweet As Bowl have also added a burger to their already delectable menu of vegan goodness. Now you can enjoy a "bundle of messy goodness" otherwise known as the Incredibowl Burger 🍔 with a plant-powered patty, mean as sauce, cheese, pickles, lettuce, on a sesame bun.

ASIAN INSPIRED BURGERS
Chef owner operators Craig & CC at Bite Me provide gourmet organic, creative menus for events across Auckland and beyond. Their burger range (top two photos) is a mouth watering, creative fusion of flavours. Their tandoori burger (left photo) was delicious but our pick has to be this caramelised pork belly with an asian sweet sauce, bacon, cheese, Japanese slaw on a charcoal bun. Amen.
Marc and the Manilla Eats team are serving Filipino food with a twist. Eye catching burger buns with natural colourings, grilled meats and other Filipino delights from their little food truck. Love them.
